The Ability is simply unnecessary. The name is forced, it's a Sheer Force / Tough Claws clone, and the whole reason you invented it was to give your Fakemon a signature ability as a gimmick to set it apart. I dislike it. While not blatantly overpowered, there's too many Abilities that do basically the same thing: boost the power of your moves by 1.2-1.3x. It's just not unique and not necessary. It brings nothing new to the table. I'm not going to stamp. You can pester @snackismybae and Snaquaza about it; since Abilities only need two stamps, you could still potentially get it approved. Rejected 1/2.

While I'm not necessarily "against" this ability, I'd like you to comment on Galom's critique, with something else than harsh before I decide, because he has a good argument.

Well, I would argue that it's somewhat unique. It's rare that a pokemon's weight comes into play other than grass knot, low kick, etc. And I think this would bring something to the table for weight. It's not an OP ability imo, as it doesn't give a too significant boost. It's similar to iron fist. If need be, I can raise or lower the fakemons' weight to fit our purposes, or lower the boost to 1.1x. And besides, tough claws is pretty much 100% better than both iron fist and Underdog. I feel like Galom is just kinda "done" and doesn't want to deal with this ability because of the name dispute from earlier.

I feel galom does pose some good points. Why have an ability be introduced when what is currently availible is better and fitting to the style. Why introduce something for one pokemon that we dont need?

This is just a clone Ability thrown on to give a Pokémon a Signature Ability that really does not need one.

*Rolls eyes* Similar doesn't mean exactly the same, Edgeworth. Tough claws, iron fist, and sheer force are all similar, I just wanted a cool ability based off weight.

Hey, I got a great Idea that hasn't been made yet! Instead of basing it off of weight, base it off of height. It hasn't been done yet and the data for height still isn't used strategically. It would make more sense since your mons take down bigger Pokemon. Would that be a Possibility to consider your reject Galom ?

hmmm... that's an interesting idea, jaywad! Does 1.1x or 1.2x damage to pokemon taller than it. I'm looking at the list and it seems to me that a majority of pokemon are actually shorter than or equal to Antonize's height.

Well that means that either most of them are lc and won't be commonly found in teams, or your ant is tall as ****. My advice is to make your mon slightly smaller to make it similar to galvantula's and to make it 1.2 since 1.1 is too weak of a boost.

I can really see galom's argument and I really think that this ability is overcomplicated and overdone (We dont really need another attack boosting ability because we have too many in general) and I really dont think following through with this is a good idea. But here is my suggestion: Since we have all ready seen moves based on weight maybe you could shift this into a signature move (and be among the unique ones). Maybe have the move doubling in power if the opponent is twice your weight. It could be a really cool move and would also be really nice to have when battling a player with a relatively heavy team. Anyway that is the best way I could see this ability working out.

You know what? I'm tired of working on this ability, and I want final approval/feedback on Antagon and Antonize. So screw it. Snaquaza, go ahead and lock this. I'm tired of fighting.
