Cool idea! A colour based attack is original and fun to play with. Its just a bit complex.
I suggest changing these effects: -Sleeps if Green -Lowers Accuracy if White -Lowers Speed if Brown -Lowers Evasion if Grey

This is a really cool concept and I really like it! I like this move even if on the competitive scale it might have great potential for being as disliked as scald. Maybe making another color for flinch and take off the kings rock as two statuses being inflicted seems really uncompetitive? (This is coming from a person who has been burned and flinched by a fire fang) Cyberknight98 Yup i read that now.

Well I would add flinch to another color Leafeon , but there are no more clolors i can add. These are the only dex colors. Also there's no flinch cuz of king's rock. And who cares whether too OP or not. Many Pokemon are. But thx for liking it

I like the idea of the move and the execution is quite good, however I don't know why it's Fairy.
Maybe it'd be an idea to make sure the effects do something, and make it a Nuzzle clone?

Yeah, typing was hard for me ti decide on, and I thought of Fairy in the end since it's all about colors. Then, should I reduce the Power of the move to 20 and make every status automatic Snaquaza ?

But jaywad, if you make it automatic, then it can't be used in competitive play due to the accuracy/evasion clause...

It's not as different as defog lowering the evasion of the pokemon or as sand attack lowers the accuracy. They're still allowed in competitive use, so thisd will too.

Yeah, only self Evasion boosters are banned. Additionally I really don't care if a move can be used in competitive, we're making a game not a metagame.

I'd like to see explanation why these pokemon learn it, besides it's stab, because that's not really something that makes it obvious for this.

I'm giving this ability to Pokemon that seem very beautiful and magical to use, since beauty usually means very colorful. Also Some aren't really fairies like bellossom and jirachi . I'll decide on the Pokemon once more.

Maybe this is a controversial idea, but since this depends on color so we want at least something for each color, as well as the fact that it is a very general move, since there are few Pokemon representing either color or the name of the move. We could make this an additional Tutor move which all Pokemon will learn. Galom, opinion? Edit: In this case no Pokemon should learn it by levelup / egg.

A tutor move could be a good idea

I'd imagine this would be hard to code since every pokemon would have to be categorized under a color first, and then shinys would have to be accounted for.

About shinies, they won't really come in the way of the effects of the move. If it's blue, and the shiny color is purple [i'm lookin' at u water-types], then the effect will be based on the blue color. It'll be easier this way.

It is a bit less broken than most people think it is. Most Ice types are white/blue and cant be frozen. Most red pokemon are fire types, etc. It think that maybe grass type pokemon should be immune to the sleep as they are immune to spore and sleep powder and are the main type that inflict sleep. Other than that i think its good! Nice job with this Jaywad! Also jaywad Im sorry you got demoted to contributer :/ (lol)

You have a good point there Leafeon, but Grass Pokemon can still fall asleep. The green effect acts similar to hypnosis which is why I'd consider grass types being able to fall asleep [thx for liking it tho ]. Also, that's a reason to show that it's not as OP as it looks due to what Leafeon said. Also, Cyberknight98 I have already made a move that has a 60% chance to freeze [sure it's not 100% but it's for all pokemon] so It's not all a problem. To top it off it's given to mostly beautiful Pokemon and fairies and it's a tutor move. You won't be seeing it much.
