Approved 1/2.
Please don't give 2/2 until the poll is over.

Well I had an idea i wanted to voice but it might be too late now. I was sorta on the fence with this ability seeing as it is a free psych up and if your opponent is using a stored power or sub calm mind set it really ruins your day and gives an easy sweeping opportunity. So here is my idea. If you KO a pokemon with stat boosts on it you get the stat boosts and drops it had. I dont know if this was completely off the target you were going for but it may be something to consider. Also How does this affect a pokemon behind a sub?

Unlike snatch it wont steal sub and will get blocked by it, but idrm so if it causes any problems in programming we can just make it a passive snatch

Mr. Mime is the only one on this list i can clearly see actually being able to preform this ability. The others just dont make sense to me.

I don't see a problem with not many Psychic types having it when the Pokemon are associated with Psychic types anyway. (Misdreavus family, Psyduck family, PSYduck PSYchic)

Uh, holy shit. "Clairsentient" is quite the complex name. I wouldn't think that anything besides a Legendary would have an ability named that. Pokémon Ability Names are generally pretty simple, remember. Also, Snaquaza, we can't really add Abilities to pre-existing Pokemon. Ones that already have Hidden Abilities can't really be replaced, and ones that do not have them won't get them because the Ability is considered a defining part of their species (like Aegislash's Stance Change). EDIT: I was actually wrong about this. They have done it, but only one time: Kecleon. Kecleon was given Protean in Gen VI.

Chandelure Shadow Tag -> Infiltrator (though technically st chandelure was never released)
some pokemon also had one of their standard abilities changed to competitive (and one to something other than competitive, but I don't remember what it is)
at any rate, there's definitely a precedent

Oh, I do agree with removing it from Misdreavus line Alphajores, didn't realize they had a necessary ability in Levitate.

K final list: Psyduck Golduck Spoink Grumpig Watchog Mr.Mime Espurr Spiritomb Shuppet Banette I guess my real question with this list is how does the ability tie in with watchdog, spiritomb, and shuppet/banette? What characteristics do they have that would enable them to do this?

Clairvoyance over Clairsentient maybe? Also the Gothita line or the Hoothoot line could use this ability. Heck, even Natu and Xatu, but Magic Bounce is better :c

A mimes job is to copy, impersonate and act. I can see him copying stat changes, although the theft isnt as clear.

I am not sure if its just me, but saw this as overpowered. It sorta shuts down every set up pokemon, especially psychics. for example any calm mind user is forced out(reuniclus, cresselia, gothitelle, slowbro...)especially since psychic is winning the poll). It's not too overpowered if the pokemon stealing the stat boost has no benefit from it (exampe special attack stealing watchog), but I can easily see a calm mind stolen and a substitue upon the forced switch, which might affect the game negatively. If you can prove my point wrong i'd be happy to consent tho
