Some Pokemon have been bolded to draw attention to the fact that they are capable of learning Baton Pass. Drifblim is also notable in that it has the ability Flare Boost. I would appreciate feedback on their inclusion(or any of the others that can learn this move), though Smeargle is inevitable.
