Even if you run banded explosion, it just becomes another play to predict, especially if you use ghost types. It really isnt an issue

By "let's out a pointed stone" do you mean it uses Stealth Rock?

Yeah Galom , that's what I meant. Since they say pointed stones were scattered when SR is used, then I thought I'd use that term

People would just run max attack explosion with focus sash and getting up rocks while doing 30-100% is really great for pokemon that barely see usage and could be a huge threat for the lower tiers. (This happened a bit with Gallie-mega as this was a huge reason for it being banned from PU/NU. It was more because of the sheer power of explosion+glaciate did though.) It should be compatible with explosion because how little the attack stat of the pokemon you are giving it to. @hernonchad do you know how few ghosts there are in UU? Chandelure and thats it. Not only that but chandy gets bopped by a STAB rock slide if you can predict the switch. The pokemon isnt bad if it is walled by a certain type it just needs to find an environment where it can fit in. (Like stoutland) I guess this is called a "niche". Also it'll rise when it's strong, or just get banned. I don't see why you should add random limitations when it's not necessarily needed, especially when many other Pokemon can do great stuff too.

Unique, fairly interesting, and gives an effective way to get SR up in Doubles to counter Mega Charizard Y without having to waste a turn. Also gives a boon to some Rock-types, which kinda suck in general. Approved 2/2. Congrats, jaywad.

Is anyone against changing this to: "When the opponent makes contact with the Pokemon, the user chips and scatters spikes on the ground." from it's current effect? Devoxys, kizzo212, pokemonvortex

I prefer the current effect.

I also prefer the current effect. Stealth Rocks seem more like chipped stones than spikes do.
