Maybe this is a controversial idea, but since this depends on color so we want at least something for each color, as well as the fact that it is a very general move, since there are few Pokemon representing either color or the name of the move. We could make this an additional Tutor move which all Pokemon will learn. Galom, opinion? Edit: In this case no Pokemon should learn it by levelup / egg. I like it. Like a Hidden Power based on colors. Could be very neat.

This is already pretty balanced, making it very general doesn't hurt at all. And for shinies, I think we should just keep it to non-shiny effects, because Dex Colour, simplicity, etc.

Thx Cyberknight98 Galom what about its name? Or its typing? I had a few doubts on these and I'm wondering if I should keep them or change them

If this is going to be a "general" move, I think normal type would be better.
I like the name, keep it.

I'd simply call it Spectral Power to match with Hidden Power. It should have 60 Base Power and have some special gimmick that is based on the color of the user--not necessarily typing.

Spectral Power? Ehh... sounds more like a ghost type move... Also, this move is going to be much more exclusive than Hidden Power, so the stronger BP and gimmick stands.

Galom it is based already on the opponent's color. If it were to be based on the user's color, then some colors may be left out or I may have to give it to other Pokemon so that every color can be used. Also, what do you think is better: 1) 60 power and 10% chance as effects, or 2) 20 power and 100% chance for effects?

Oh mb, I forgot that Spectral implied "of a specter" instead of "of spectra". I guess Vibrant Wave is decent. It makes more sense than Spectral Power.

Ok then. Vibrant Wave it is!

give it to delphox and i'll be happy. the freeze one seems like better snap freeze though, which tbh is a little broken otherwise, fun and creative idea n_n keep up the good work jaywad

Thx alot evilklefki maybe it is like snap freeze, but then again its also like a better hypnosis, WoW, Toxic, etc. so it's no prob. Hmm, I don't really think Delphox would get it. I get that it's a spell, but it's mainly for the beauty of Pokemon [delphox is not pretty :I ] What do you think Galom Snaquaza ?
