Well. There's another issue with both the name in that this name is too long from testing. Feel like for this move maybe it could just be changed to "smooch". Would still make enough sense, and isn't that "sexual".

tbh rock blast or tail slap doesn't exactly imply they are multihit

For Tail Slap, only Pokemon with multiple tails get it. For Rock Blast, kinda don't understand it. I've always just imagined throwing many rocks, aka "blasting" them with rocks.

Therefore I don't exactly think it needs to be that explicit or hinted to in the name that it is a multihit move for it to work. Smooch kinda implies a more drawn-out kiss so it kinda makes some sense anyway.

If this weren't a multihit move, it would be too much like Draining Kiss, and then this move would be overshadowed and never used.

Well the idea was to have more physical fairy moves I think, whether they are outclasses by other moves is kinda irrelevant, since you can't have all moves be viable anyway, and are more for low levels etc. (ember, water gun, tackle).
