Okay. I feel like the design is kind of similar to Mr Mime, though this isn't too drastic. I'm glad you got rid of the Fairy typing even if it did fit, we can't have too many of the same typings, especially when things are highly competitive at the moment. The movepool is looking good, nothing to out of the ordinary.
Why does it get Infiltrator? Nothing humanoid gets this. Prankster is already something that most of us are skeptical on.

I feel that Prankster is actually appropriate on this 'mon, due to its stereotypical masquerade theme and Dark-typing. I would associate Infiltrator with the mask, but I definitely think there could be a better ability.

Ace I gave it Infiltrator because a friend said it would be good, but eh, seeing it now it's really not (sorry Level 51 ; And, I realize it's similar to the Mime Jr. line, but meh, I tried to make it as different as I could (with the design in my head).

Well this is a jester and whilst jesters might mime and such, all Mr.mime really seems to do is pretend there's an imaginary wall. A jester like this, getting prankster, is pretty different to this and leans more on the mischeivous side of the concept of a jester, whereas Mr.Mime seems to be bit more of a serious performer... I think. Differentiate the actual designs and should be fine I would have thought.

After your revisions, I don't have any more complaints with this 'mon, but you might have a harder time convincing the other two.
Approved 1/3.

Well, the only thing that you have a problem with is the differenciation of Jestrix and Mr. Mime, but I think you can solve that easily. I love all the well thought out moves you gave this, cuz things like flatter and nasty plot, including prankster, are really great for the mon. Nice job smogoon!

You've gotten rid of Infiltrator, which I approve of. The rest of it is pretty standard, I can't nitpick this that much. Snaq generally dislikes Prankster on Pokemon but it does fit in this situation. Approved 2/3.

Solid Pokemon, very flavorful moveset; good job! SalientA few nitpicks, I guess: - TM60 Quash could definitely be added to the movepool. Precursors: Murkrow and Sableye are both Dark-type pranksters with Quash. I feel like it'd fit in pretty flavorfully with the rest of the Pokemon's design; this is mainly up to you though. The rest of the TMs are fine, yay! - After You as a tutor move on a Prankster Pokemon definitely seems a tad overpowered, since it could potentially lead to more than one +1 priority ~FOCUS PUNCHES~ in Double Battles (which I assume will exist in this game). - Missing a few tutor moves: you need to add Trick. In terms of optional changes, Endeavor is definitely a possibility, and if you like (and think it fits) you could potentially add Magic Coat and / or Wonder Room (Not Magic Room though). I'd also like to see Spite, since it fits with the whole mischievous Prankster concept. Approved 2.5/3
