A nice pulse move, you may have to lower the Paralysis rate, but let's see what others say.

I dont have an objection to the move as it is, except the high para rate, but this seems like another power gem

Not really, since the only Pokèmon that can learn it gives it the Mega Launcher boost. Power Gem doesn't have a secondary effect either, and the para rate isn't that high, as it's the same as Discharge.

Does it still have the double type effectiveness?

No,i've removed it, since Galom didn't approve that in the last thread. However, i wanted to make it electric-related, as Gaiapulse is a mass of rocks controlled by electricity, so i added the paralyze effect.

I'd like to see a move like water pulse, more like 60 BP and 20% to para

Changed BP and para chance, i might remove the signature Pokèmon thing and make it accessible to other mons

I'd definitely like to see more Pokemon get this move; a readily-available Rock move is definitely something that has been wanted for a long time, and 'mons like Probopass kind of need it.
The name is not bad either.

Galom, this is the point: a 60 Base-power move isn't that good for Pokèmon that aren't Gaiapulse, and then they would still prefer Power Gem. What if i increase the power from 60 to at least 70, and increase the paralyze chance to 30%? It's still technically weaker than Power Gem, but people would use it mainly for the paralyze chance, pretty much like Scald is often preferred over more powerful Water moves to spread burns. What do you think?

Seeing as there are no Pokemon with technician that I can see getting this move, leaving it at 70 should be fine. The only argument for dropping the BP would be that the move would become more of a low level learn move, with power gem being an upgrade of sorts, but up to you. Overall, it's an interesting move and it would be quite nice to have an alternate option to power gem. The pokemon that get access to this move seem reasonable, but I would possibly suggest giving the Regi's access to this, if not just regirock, seeing as they get zap cannon and all.

Base PP of 15 means max PP of 24, other than that I like the move

I'm not really seeing anything incorrect on this move, but you should add affected by king's rock in the OP. You could also lower the paralysis rate to 20% instead of 30%, but wait until another auth chimes in. Approved 1/2.

Yeah, lower the paralysis to like... 20 or even 10 percent. Looks great otherwise.

Seconding what Tazonite said, plus I think Blatoise should access this. You'll be probably saying it's since he has a mega blastoise profile picture, but in all seriousness, if it got dragon, dark, and even an aura move just for it's ability, I definitly think a rock type seems fair as well

I still say, you need to lower that Paralysis rate to 15% or so. 30% is waaaaay high, some Electric type moves don't have that high of rate.

I don't get the paralysis rate either way.
