the main concept is that of a Crookes tube ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crookes_tube i-i swer i didn't make it up), which uses both electricity and gases (depending on the gas remaining after creating void the beams can be usually green or purple)

That sprite looks really awesome The current BST is 485, which is a lot lower than I thought it would be as well. The 101 speed seems kinda weird, as most speed stats are set in increments of 5. I get how you were trying to guarantee outspeeding base 100s, but just creeping over it like that is a little unorthodox. I think you should just raise the speed to 105, personally. This means the poke would now outspeed Garchomp, but tbh Chomp eats up both of this pokes STABs, and proceeds to murder it with a 4x effective EQ, so it's probably not a big deal.

I don't really have time to think of names right now, but I like the concept :>

I like it having a low BST. Look at breloom having a fun time in OU (Not really) with a BST of 460. So with a good move pool and just the right stat distribution this pokemon could be really cool competitively. Also with the really wierd speed I think keeping it might be cool we dont have alot of Odd speed stats so that could be cool and lando-I,and Thunderus-I already have 101 so its not a completely uniqiue speed stat out of no where.

Dedenne has 101 speed too This art is really good, and would seriously go for a Pokemon like this. It doesn't really seem like a Pokemon that's fast.
It seems more to the defensive side or a Special attack-defense type of Mon

I feel like the speed could be there if the design was tweaked just a tad. Little more aerodynamic feel to the tube, arms tucked to the side and trailing behind, etc.

This is a really good concept. Love the artwork as well. Reminds me a bit of Rotom.

I love the concept, but to me, the 101 speed just doesn't fit the (amazing imo) artwork and I would suggest lowering it to maybe 81, possibly in favour of its defenses.

I'd also love to help with constructing the movepool if you don't mind. Lastly, will the Pokémon be genderless?

Personally I think the high speed is suitable for this pokemon, I can tell its speedy from looking at its design. It's supposed to be a mixed sweeper so the stats look decent to me. Looks genderless to me as well.

Anyway, any help is going to be accepted (especially with name and movepool). Since I'm not going to change the design (too busy for that), if anyone would like to post another stat spread they'd feel would be better they're free to. Almost forgot, yeah, this mon is going to be genderless, i just need to decide the egg group.

I really like this 'mon, it's typing is unique also which is pretty interesting. For people saying it looks like it shouldn't be fast, what about Slaking? There's plenty of Pokemon who don't physically look fast, but have a high speed stat. It's movepool is varied and gives it a good distribution between both of it's attacking stats. I think you've done a great job on this, grats and good luck.

This seems fine, although I think it's strange it only learns one Poison-type move naturally (Poison Gas). Maybe moves like Smog, Sludge, Venom Drench, Acid or Acid Armor?

Actually, smog and clear smog are already on its level-up movepool (lvl 1: smog, lvl 48: clear smog). I avoided the others since they fit the concept less tho, i may give venom drench a thought
