[The Run]

The name really matches with the move. I like it, The only think I have to suggest is maybe put the base PP up to 15, since the power is less than 100. Other than that, I like it. I question Victini's knowledge of the move since its only a Fire/Psychc Type.

I'd agree with The Run that Victini seems unreasonable to learn it. What about Sableye or Banette?

I'm not lowering the power to 70 because this is not intended to be a Flame Burst clone, just the same effect.
