So I was thinking about this for a long time and it would be very cool to see it implemented as a concept.
Trickster: On switch-in, the user warps the battlefield.
This ability summons Magic Room, Trick Room or Wonder Room when it switches in. The Room it summons can be specified based on the item its holding.

While that sounds good, and Trick Room could use a buff, in Doubles that is hilariously broken.
On a side note though, it'd be cool having Antithesis invert typings while it is out.

I know how broken it would be in doubles. Im a huge doubles player myself. And for the second comment I think that could be a seperate ability all together, most of the abilities we are make are really complicated and I wanted to keep this more simple. |

I like this ability. This would be the kind of thing that Trick Room needs. I can imagine all the possibilities this could bring. And yeah, Doubles would definitely become broken like Floette said  Imagine VGC matches... |

I'd say continue with it. Your idea is great  , and it seems that it'd match slobro and slowking really well. Plus it isn't just this ability that can get broken. All weather changes would, so don't get discouraged  |

Look at my suggestion for mechanics. Probably not permanent, but in some cases (like with items) it could be decent.

I really like this ability as it can increase viability of many Pokemon, make trainers think more critically about team-building, and can definitely bring an air of freshness to the meta. I was definitely thinking of Malamar-Mega was ever made this would be its ability.

I disagree with the name. I understand the "Trick" in Trick Room, but that's not even what Trick Room is about. It's about twisting dimensions. Give it a name that reflects the fact that you're bending time and space, not tricking someone. The name right now is too vague. Besides that, I absolutely love the concept. Improve the name and I'll stamp for sure, Leafeon. |

Honestly, we have drizzle, drought, hail warning, and sand stream. Trick rooms really something themselves. This also could involve more trick room strats, as in doubles your opponent could send out a pokemon with this ability after you and thus reverse the trick room back to normal.

Do you have any other suggestions for names? Also what will happen with double trick room. Like if your opponent sends a pokemon with this ability and so do you does it get rid of trick room?

Potential rename: Arcane.
In case you don't know what this means:
"ar·cane
ärˈkān
adjective
understood by few; mysterious or secret."
Arcane is also often associated with magical properties, especially in terms such as "arcane magic," "arcane arts," etc.
