How does rain dance effect this move? Will it give it more accuracy will it give it More range (Triple Battles)? this idea is good tho

Rain probably won't affect this move, as sun doesn't affect overheat, but you can make it so Thunderstorm hits harder in the rain I guess. (50% boost )

This is really overpowered. Thunder is 110 BP and has 70% accuracy. I think this needs to be buffed down a bit.

White Herb Does exist so it's actually pretty powerful but now to think of it is like overheat. I thought it would only go down by 1 stage not 2

Yes it does power spa atk by two stages. to think this is overpowered is to think Draco meteor is overpowered. I thought electric type needed a nice buff, so I made this.

I'm totally fine with it then I guess. I guess this can be used pretty well on pokes which also have access to volt switch (unless ground type). I just didn't think of it as a kinda counterpart to overheat

This should have the same effect as Draco Meteor or Psycho Boost. The -2 in SpA is necessary as to not be OP. Please change it to this and I will approve!
I am also open for it effecting all Pokemon on the opponent side of the field during rain in Double and Triple Battles. <<Need a second opinion.

The accuracy needs to be rechecked. Way too OP compared to Thunder. However I do agree with the SpA loss from the move. What could happen is to make the SpA drop harshly rather than slightly.

Check the Accuracy and it needs to lower a stat or something, this thing is way OP.
EDIT: you made it lower a stat, my bad.

Yeah I really don't see the need to have this move when you have Thunder and Zap Cannon among other things. This move isn't really needed at all and is playing off the 'Thunder' theme that's been used many times before. Unless you can convince me why this move is actually needed, I'm going to reject it.
