For all your hazard stacking, spinning, and defogging needs. What to you guys think?

I like this idea (although i think it is a bit too good) however I'm pretty sure Snaquaza will say something about someone else already has a ability to do with getting rid hazards.

Magic bounce lmao literally c team's this ability xD but that's really the only way to stop it. Hazards are really good for helping predictions and having a free rapid spin and 2 free layers of spikes and/or toxic spikes is way too good and can easily wear down the opponent.

Priority is still really good. Custap Berry Skarmory was a thing in Gen 5 as a Suicide Lead just for that priority.

There are many people working on hazard abilities. We will see what happens with them. This one seems a lot like Prankster though so.
