K. I'll edit in my ideas of the storyline on this post. Current status: Finished, taking ideas The main protagonist gets teleported to this world, because the evil team has taken control and is trying to complete their goals (like pmd somewhat). The main protagonist doesn't understand, but sees a sign saying "GET STARTER POKEMON HERE." Then you meet the professor, and you get a choice of the starter you pick. Then you see your rival, who is actually the leader of the evil team. Of course to make it fair they only use their starter pokemon since they don't think the main protagonist has a chance anyway. Then you leave the first town, exit into some area (maybe a forest?) and you see the first gym. Right after you enter the gym, your rival challenges you to a battle, and you lose (this should be an impossible to win battle imo) and get sent back to the last place you healed, which gives the evil team more control. You enter the gym, defeat the first gym leader and then they reveal they are part of the evil team, but they're so advanced already you can't stop the evil team. You find another rival, that is trying to defeat the evil team. you continue going on, and then you find a wild (w/e the main bird fakemon is going to be). Once you defeat it, it reveals a path to a mini-base of the enemy team. Your rival challenges you, but your other rival teams up and you win. The main rival then drops a key to open the base, and you go on with your other rival to go on. But first, you battle your other rival. You win, and move on to defeat the enemy base. At the end of the base, you find the next gym leader. You battle the next gym leader, lose, get teleported to the next town and then battle the gym leader again. You win, and move on more. Before being able to heal, your rival challenges you. He then reveals that he is the leader, and you lose. You then battle the evil team leader again with your other rival, and win. You move on more into the next area (maybe a forest or something). You get through there, your other rival challenges you, you win. Then you move on to a town, and an explosion happens. You get injured in the explosion, but somehow get out. A nurse sees you, and takes you into a hospital (maybe, idk what i'm thinking here). You are then fine to move on, you go on to the next town, and find the next gym leader. You win, and then your rival challenges you. You win, your rival goes into a secret base but leaves the key, you go into the base and meet up with your other rival. You go through the base, defeat it, find out that the next gym leader is in there, defeat the gym leader, then your rival challenges you and you team up with your other rival and win. After that, you get trapped, not being able to go into your bag. You search around until you find something that opens your bag (my current name for it: Glowing Water). Then, you get an escape rope and use it to escape. You get teleported to the entrance, and find a path that leads to the next town. You see the evil team fighting your rival, and you battle them with your rival. You win, and then you go on to the next city. You defeat the gym leader there, and get the badge. Your other rival challenges you, you win, then your rival challenges you, and you win. Your rival knocks you out, but your other rival saves you. You then go on a ship to the next city. There's a dojo there (maybe), and also a group. You enter the group's building, and find that they're trying to defeat the evil team. You join and your other rival joins too. Then you and your other rival battle, you win, then a path opens up to the evil team's main base. You defeat that base, beat your rival and continue. You must then fight a [insert alien pokemon here] to move on, then you get to the next town. The evil team explodes the town, you and your other rival escape, then you take an airplane to the next city. You defeat the gym leader there, who reveals all the gym leaders are part of the evil team and all of the e4 too. Then you enter the thar desert, with your other rival. You battle them, win, and move on. You are attacked by the evil team, and you black out. Then, you come back, see a path to underground and take it with your other rival. You battle your rival, win, and then you see a chamber to lead to temponae. You battle temponae, and then come back out. You then see the next gym leader and challenge them, and win. You go on a boat to a town, and then you move on through a forest? to the next city. You defeat the gym leader there, and continue moving on. You go through water to the next town, and then you go on to victory road. You get past victory road, and find the e4. You defeat the e4 and you see the champion who is your rival. You win, and go through a path to the hall of fame and you become the champion. You then get teleported back to the regular world. The evil team starts again, and you get teleported back, and get everything you had back. You battle the evil team's main base, you defeat it, you see your rival and other rival. You and your other rival challenge your rival, you win and your other rival realizes his actions weren't for good, but your rival steals temponae. After getting temponae and full power, your rival realizes that temponae wants to go back to it's original owner, but temponae attacks your rival, making him unable to move. Then temponae comes back to you, and the main story is over. You realize that your family misses you, but you go to a place to wish. You wish for your family and you to be able to travel freely between the two worlds, and it comes true. Now the postgame story is over. Then you enter the postgame non-story, and I don't have any idea what happens here.
Finished! i'll take some ideas now.

Eh, I don't like the idea of having the rival as the evil team leader. He wouldn't be a rival anymore, would he? Perhaps we could have him tied in with the evil team, like how Silver was in the gen 2 games?
Also this kinda makes the beginning of the game very plot heavy.

Yeah, I guess it would. I will take some other suggestions to add on to it, it's still WIP.

@yellow skarmory That plot just seems to revolve around battling your rival and "main" rival over and over again. Like at some certain point while reading that I was expecting to see "then you battle you rival and win" and surely enough that was the case.
Also, it'd be better to understand if you condensed your plot so only the main points in the arc are shown.

I can understand that when working with a legendary that has the capability to affect the space time continuum that the 3 demi-legendaries could be caught in 3 different, or just one different, space time continuum, and that the "evil team" goal would be to obtain them for essentially a large array of possibilities up for discussion. Like domination over a string line of multiple realities or even the ability to affect time. Anyway, that's my idea.

Any suggestions for it? It's not perfect, but i'd assume there's some plot in the rival battle stuff (main rival). I'm not sure what to put in though.

Also, my last idea would allow for Snack's wishes of a post-apocalyptic world being implemented in the game (it will have zelda vibes though) and if used resourcefully, if we did have another reality in space-time to travel to, we could use it for a post game mission(s)

• Entire map will be based around a Spider Web while still being based off of India with structures or actual physical landmarks of the area. • Each corner of the web in the map is where you will meet the main villains and you'll fight them to interfere. • If anything some gym leaders could assist you in an area where you could team up and each battle will be fought as a double battle, and can introduce higher ranks of the villains. i.e. admins, leaders, commanders, etc. • In each and every part of the web the villain can reveal a bit of info to you foreshadowing events. • Most towns/cities should be based off of an actual IRL landmark in India. • Most Fakemon will be introduced based off of the Gym leader/dungeon/cave/forest/etc the Main Player will go through. I.e. rock type gym, water, ground and rock Fakemons will be found in the area.
More brainstorming to come

Maybe the evil team was good and was trying to stop another team from creating the apocalypse from happening and they failed. (Game) So now are trying to get everyone's Pokémon to try to take the remainder of the other team down. People think they are stealing their pokemon to rule the world and the professor asks the hero to help and the hero says yes and he then chooses his starter. (Post game in normal world) Now the hero feels bad about defeating the "evil" team and tries to find that team and defeat them with their own pokemon. The second evil team has a legendary of their own and fight back.
