Makes all a Pokémon's moves have a 10% higher chance of a Secondary Effect occurring. (Excluding Flinch)
Notes - If a Pokémon with Serene Grace hold an Intensifier the move gains the 10% after applying the Serene Grace Bonus - If a Pokémon with Sheer Forces holds the Intensifier the move gains the 10% after applying the Sheer Force drop

This looks like it could give insane Haxing powers to 'mons like Jirachi, I'm unsure if the community would want to introduce a way to further increase your chances of flinching etcetera, but it also looks like it could give these 'mons a nice competitive boost. Nice idea. n_n

Is the critical hit ratio drop really required? It's fine as it is imo paraflinch will be even worse with this, 70% chance to flinch and 25% to paralyze means 22.5% chance to move
why such a high fling base power?

Just a suggestion, I'd say that the item shouldn't affect the value of Serene Grace so it isn't insane with Jirachi or whatever as well as just getting rid of lowering the Critical Hit Ratio. Instead, I'd leave it as it is like a Quick Claw or King's Rock.

I don't really thing the crit ratio drop is needed, get rid of that imo. If this item was given to a serence grace Pokemon...imagine the hax. o.o''

This is a good idea for an item, I don't mind it. Unfortunately, it would be haxed for days.

Agreeing that this makes it very painful to deal with secondary effects. taking out flinch was nice, but there are still 30% moves that migth become troublsome. I dont think this should affect sheer force, as it sorta ruins the "effects for power" bargain. freeze will benefit from this as well, so we should exclude it on the other hand, maybe some might benefit from this so it isnt just negative

This would get crazy for Jirachi and other pokemon that utilize Serene Grace or Sheer Force like Darmanitan.
