I love this move, Poison types do need some love and priority
But i would rather have it be 100% accurate and maybe reduce the chance of poison to 10%, and the names not bad, but it doesn't flow off the tongue. The end of swift and the beginning of sting clash and makes it sound like it's one word. How about something with bane, toxin, or dart?
Just some suggestions, i'll still love it no matter what you decide to do with it.

*fix the description it says 20% instead of 15% and the name seems weird to me but idk what else to name it ?_? And you should give it to more pokemons as well
For a move this weak I think the poison chance should be higher especially since it's regular poison maybe up it back to 20%?

Why not make this match the +1 priorities? +2s such suckerpunch is a risk vs reward and has more power. You could raise this to 40BP . The name could use improvement but it's alright. Maybe venom needle or smthg A poison priority at last !

Increase the Power of the move, its too weak imo
And why is it not affected by King's Rock?

Not affected by kings rock because it has a secondary effect I agree that the priority should be +1

-_- it should be affected by King's Rock. King's Rock';s Desc says 'Holder's attacks without a chance to flinch gain a 10% chance to flinch.' not without a secondary effect. so this must be affected by king's rock. and also let the priority be +2.

I may buff the power to 35 or 40, but I wanted this to outspeed some other priority moves to give this, overall weak move, some viability. That was my reasoning behind it . silverwhiteblue I personally went and looked for synonyms of "Quick," and this is what happened, I'd like the name to imply quickness in some way.

Why does this have a secondary effect?

I looked at what would be using this move (Poison types with teeth or stingers), and in my opinion those things can poison you on top of the initial hit. That was my reasoning behind giving it a secondary effect.

Honestly, priority moves generally don't have secondary effects. Also what's your reason for the +2?

To give it more viability as a low power priority move, as it outspeeds the likes of Aqua Jet, Bullet Punch, Mach Punch, Quick Attack, etc.

The only +2 priority move (normal priority move) is Extreme Speed, which is quite exclusive. I don't see the flavor in making this +2.

Looks like a more op poison sting. This seems a little excess to me, only because this is a poison-type move, sorry bud ;[.
A change that could be applied otherwise is to make this a priority bug-type move instead. There isn't a bug type priority move as far as I'm concerned, and the name swift sting doesn't really imply poison, so it would fit well. You could bump up the power to 40 to make it like ice shard and mach punch.

I can change it to Bug if need be ( will do a poll on the matter), and will edit the priority down to +1, as the flavor does not go with +2.

Looks like a more op poison sting. Lots of moves are better versions than other moves, for example poison jab is the exact same as poison sting except 45 more base power

So many things resist bug, it's ridiculous.
Also names i just thought of if it's still a poison type by the end of the poll: Bane or Nerve Strike, Toxin needle, that's all i got ;-;

Toxin Needle is good, it doesn't imply speed, that's the only thing I was going for with Swift Sting.

Lots of moves are better versions than other moves, for example poison jab is the exact same as poison sting except 45 more base power Poison sting is the move it's most similar to. Low BP, but with an added effect. We can both state facts all we want, it's not gonna get us anywhere lol.

A clone of mach punch with 40 BP , +1 and no secondary effects thats either bug/poison would seem great to me, but poison is preffered with toxin needle as name

silverwhiteblue I'd like to keep the name implying speed (Swift, Quick, Mach), Quick Toxin or something like that could work a bit.

ok, the Poll has ended, and the majority voted to keep it Poison type. Ace, Galom, Snaquaza, Twix for Approval?

I want this to be like all other priority moves.
Remove the poison effect and make it 40 BP imo.
Also, Bug-type makes a lot more sense here, in my opinion.
