Description: When a Pokemon eats this berry, a move's secondary effect is guaranteed to happen. Can only be used once in battle.
Where to find: There is a chance you will get it from collecting items around the Kyoru region.
Extra: As with every other berry, it dissapears once you use it, and you will have to find more to use more. If there is the ability to plant berrys in Kyoru, that is another way to get more.
Fling: 10 BP will give a random status to the opposing Pokemon (including confusion)

Not a bad idea, but i could just see people abusing this with harvest. Using it either to flinch or lower certain stats. And I could also see people using it to get the instant freeze.

Like Sab said, this thing will most likely be abused, but it's a decent idea for a berry. One way to go around the abuse problem would be to make it available later in the game.

UPDATE: I agree with what Psyche said, and it'll only be avaible after the 5th gym. Also, it isn't too OP, since you have to get the secondary effect on the first offensive move you use. For example, lets say I have a Raichu in against a Starmie. Let's assume Raichu is the only mon on my team with a super-effective move for starmie. A thunderbolt will obviously one shot, but Raichu is the one holding the Lyla berry. Therefore the berry goes to waste, and this is gonna be a common situation. So I rest my cause with it not being OP.

I never said it was OP, but abused. Plus you didn't mention that the berry will be consumed no matter what even if it OHKO's with a move that has a secondary effect. Should probably edit that in.

This seems somewhat broken. A guaranteed freeze is absolutely terrifying, since there are moves that have it as a secondary effect. There are reasons that Game Freak gave no move more than a 10% chance to freeze--it's damn powerful.

Seems a bit haxed with the secondary effect. It would pretty much end up in a sweep if used in battle.
