I believe that it should only be 20% at the highest and this seems like a lot like Rock Slide if you ask me

I suggest either making it target all adjacent Pokemon or one adjacent target. Other than that, I don't see wynaut.

I suggest either making it target all adjacent Pokemon or one adjacent target. Other than that, I don't see wynaut No damaging moves affect All Pokemon, and all includes the Pokemon using it.
