-This generally is a floating Pokemon. Both hands and face float in the air.
-It's face is shaped as a diamond-like ice shard. Two horizontal icicles come out from each side of Icighoul's face. At the tip of the icicles, they descend into two half icicles with broken tips [picture them as jagged tips]. It's horn comes out on the top of Icighoul's head, and is the same design as its sides. The color of its face is light blue and becomes fainter as the icicles point away from the face, to the point where they are white at the ends.
-It's dark blue eyes are triangular-shaped and fill almost the entire face. Its pupils are an orange/yellow and move a little closer to eachother to show the cuteness of the pre-evo. 
-There are two icicles on the back of Icighoul's head, one coming out up right and the other upleft, making an x-shape on its back. Two smaller icicles branch off the main icicle near the base [for each icicle]. The icicles are the same color of the face and can be removed to be used as a jabbing tool.
- It has hands that are similar to haunter. These hands are a darker blue and can reach behind Icighoul's back to grab its icicles. It can claw the target and can form a fist to punch it.
For shiny colors, the light blue turns silver, the blue on its hands turn light grey, the dark blue eyes turn purple, and the pupils turn green

-Spiricle is generally a grounded Pokemon. It's always on the floor.
-Spiricle has a tough body that resembles the shape of Icighoul's face. Its body has two see-through holes that are diamond-shaped and has a dark blue jagged line around its lower section.
-It has two hands, one of them holding the icicle spear. They come out thick and end a little thinner like an icicle.
-Its face has a mad frown and 2 dark blue eyes. It has 4 icicles hanging down from the face to the sides. [Note, also picture it without the bandana]
-It has a pointed bottom that ends in a point. Half is stuck in the ground only showing the part above the round circle.
-It's eyes and jagged stripe are dark blue, its entire body is light blue, and its spear is a normal blue.
-Shiny colors are the same as the pre-evo.

I like these mons. They sort of remind me of froslass since they kinda share the same abilities and some moves. Except this is more physical so maybe a mixture of glaie and froslass ;o

Thanks Crystalites The moves learned by leveling up might not be finished, cus i realized i forgot moves like slash and swords dance that he could've had. I was going for another ghost and ice pokemon since i loved the combination. Pics will be here soon, but i'm worried it looks too much like regice

It's a physical attacker so it'll differentiate. I don't think it's like regice too much tbh. It's really based on viewpoint and in your own time do a drawing or two. I really like the typing tho

I see what you mean with the regice thing. Alter it slightly to make it slightly more ghostish without making it too like froslass. It's a nice base to start with.

Good job. But there are some problems:
-Things just don't learn Swagger by level up, especially Icy Ghosts.
-Some other moves don't make sense like Thunderbolt, Stealth Rock, Rock Tomb and Gyro Ball. Don't give moves that don't make sense just for viability!
-A lot of the details are weird, such as Happiness, Catch Rate, etc. I suggest you read Snaquaza's post about the guidelines and 
this article. 
-Happiness and EXP Rate (Evolution Speed) usually don't change upon evolution unless you have a really good justification!

Also, about moves, I'm not exactly the master at it, but i thought if froslass and many other ghosts know thunderbolt, then maybe he can too. You're right about gyro ball, swagger, rock tomb, and stealth rock though

But Icighoul and Mistom are Phys. Attackers, so Tbolt doesn't make sense.

Thx a whole lot everyone for your criticism. It means alot to me. Soon I'm gonna be thinking WAY more on the moveset, change Icighoul and Mistom's looks, and add and remove certain details about the mons. This will be the next update

Why not make icighoul a pre-evolution for cryogonal that can also evolve into mistom? I think this would help the designs to match and would not be of any trouble if they had some stuff in common. If so, icighoul should be just ice type and should not have those many ghost moves in order for cryogonal to stay the way it is(can afford being slightly different).

But Icighoul/Mistom are more focused on being physical and angry while Crygonal is a Special polygonal snowflake :/.

I was thinking about that until I decided to make it different by adding the ghost type since i really loved froslass. Like dexoxys said, it's physical and would be weird to change it directly to special. Still, a pre-evo for cryogonal would be a great idea Just not for this mon.

jaywad. I suggest just giving both of them claws, curving icicles seem weird tbh. Mistom can have bigger claws if you want to make them a bit more different. The new design is great though.
