Welcome to the voting of the Cover Legend competition! Many left their ideas unfinished, but these are the finished concepts (or nearly finished, for DinaIsha). Have fun voting and the one voted will immediately be accepted. That said, please don't get people to vote for you. You may vote by bolding a name of the user who submitted it in the thread. You may not vote for yourself.
Disclaimer: Since these won't have a quality check, the council reserves the ability to make necessary changes to the Pokemon.
Temponae would be a giant spider, locked in an "infinite" chamber in spacetime. It produces many strings which connect all matter, antimatter and dark matter in the universe and without it everything would be separate and in chaos. Its cave would be filled with huge strings of web, but they should quickly become thinner until they're not visible.
Typing: Bug / Psychic
Stats: 100/110/90/130/100/150
Ability: Safety Net (Safety Net prevents Temponae from being knocked out in any way the turn it switches in. Attacks still hit it, but it'll always survive the turn with at least 1 HP damage, so even with status or hazards.)
Move: Temporal String (Bug-type, 85 BP, 10 PP, 100% Accuracy, Lowers Target's Speed by 1, Target: Any One Foe, No Contact, Affected by Protect and Clones, Affected by King's Rock, Not Affected by Snatch, Not Affected by Magic Coat)

These moves are all quite standard. Many STAB moves, and some fitting status moves. I added Ancient Power since many legendaries get it, it lives in a cave and has existed for a long time. Future Sight is the last move since it connects pieces of time too. Not much special to see here. Small movepool since many cover legends have small level up ones, strangely.

I gave it quite some coverage here. Most legendaries go past the limits for coverage, so I gave it most things that I could see a spider do in some way. I notably excluded Fire, Ice and most Rock-type moves, since they are not fitting. I kept Rock Slide though since it lives in a cave and can probably cause it to change, and so cause rocks to come loose. I don't think anything too controversial is here.
HM01: Cut
HM04: Strength
HM06: Rock Smash
Just those that fit it, I gave it Strength since its quite "powerful" unlike the other spiders. Its feet can Cut.

Miscellaneous Information
Appearance: Its body has the shape of a spider, which is a bit orange-y (though the artist may change this if he feels he has a better idea) with black stripes. There may be some rough spikes or irregularities on its skin, but I'll let that be decided by the artist. Its legs are quite large, so that it is quite large if it stands upright. Additionally there are small puffs of whitish hair on its "knees". Its face looks quite vicious and it has two large teeth. Of course its "behind" is quite large and there should be a clear place where the string comes out, probably a large black circle. Sorry if this is vague, but it should be better with an artist who'll be found if this wins. It may even change a bit to what seems good to him.
Location: It lives in a cobweb / string filled spiral cave which is hidden in spacetime.

Vishnu's purpose is to oversee and preserve life while Brahman creates it and Shiva destroys it, and Garuda is described as being very fast and powerful (see: stats). I tried to reflect this in Kreshnaru's movepool, giving it moves that help protect its teammates as well as strong physical attacks. Garuda and its image are also said to protect from poison, inspiring the ability.

Flavour Text: This Pokemon, while rarely seen, is fantasized to be held in a chamber deep in the underworld. It is never to be let out, as it may be used as a weapon of mass destruction, due to its destructive and uncaring (for life) nature. Unlike Yveltal, it is not the embodiment of death, it merely feeds off it as energy. It is said, in order not to be returned to his Hell Chamber, he shape-shifts into any Pokemon around him, making any sightings or artistic depictions of him extremely rare and valuable. In <region name> mythology, it also states that the only Pokemon capable of damning Ophiva back to where it came from is Arceus himself.
Storywise: I see him as being used as the game's main antagonist, or atleast, a major obstacle in which the evil team (if we're using that plot) captures this Pokemon and uses it for themselves.
This took me a bit to do, so any criticism and thoughts are greatly appreciated! I hope you all enjoy it.

It has a turqoise amulet on its chest and three gold rings on each of its arms. One of Goliathans arms is attatched to a crab claw whereas the other arm has a three fingered hand. It has four crustacean legs it uses to travel at fast speeds whenever it isn't jetting itself with water. It's head has two pointed grey ears with a light blue face which dons a cold expression. His eyes are a deep, blood red with white irises and beady black pupils. It has three long protusions on its back that resemble the head of a trident.

I just thought the idea of a cold beach sounded cool, so I did this since I had nothing better to do with my life.

Thanks to snaq for template btw
I think I'm a bit more qualified than everyone here in the sense that I'm an Indian and I love Theorymoning!
Now, GameFreak always goes big with the cover legends and their themes are usually related to theology or directly related to religion. In Hinduism, there's nothing more revered than the fact that the entire universe revolves around three activities: Creation, Preservation and Destruction. There are three Gods symbolized as these acts namely: Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. So, the Legendary Trios being spin-offs of these deities and their powers would be most fitting.
Let me get try my hand at it.
Rudrak (Destruction Pokémon)
Appearance (Normal): Rudrak is a 5-headed water serpent, with its middle head being bigger and more prominent. The patterns on its front body leading up to its neck is shaped like a trident and is intimidating. Its body is scaly, colored ash-white, while its neck(s) are wispy blue. Its middle head alone has a third eye on its forehead.
Appearance (Primal Reversion): Rudrak reverts primally when it is at 50% or less HP (It does not go back to its Normal Form after Primal Reversion even if it gains its HP back). The skull of all its heads protrudes against its skin, while its eyes become more hollow and wispy.
Pokédex Entry #1: Legend has it that when life reaches its pinnacle, Rudrak appears out of the great Indian Ocean and open its third eye. This is said to bring about an all-annihilating fiery shower. But in old Harappan scriptures, Rudrak's third eye is symbolized as rebirth.
Pokédex Entry #2: Rudrak is said to collect the skulls of those who die at sea. Even though this is dismissed by most people as folklore, some Deep Divers have reported the sight of 'mountains under the sea' made of skulls.
Pokédex Entry #3: Ancient voyagers at sea claim that during a blood moon, Rudrak aligns all its heads in a specific pattern so as to form a single big head and faces the moon all night, while swaying its body in a mystical manner. Those who have had the blessing of witnessing Rudrak's 'sixth head' claim to have achieved enlightenment.
Typing (Normal): Ghost/Water
Typing (Primal Reversion): Ghost/Fire
Ability (Normal): Mold Breaker (Ignores Opponent's Abilities that reduces the user's damage)
Ability (Primal Reversion): Third Eye (Rudrak opens its Third Eye, which enables it to nullify any resistances and immunities to its Attacks)

Temponae (From Tempo, Italian for time and Aranea, Latin for spider, but then inversed. Could also relate to aether, in its spacetime split)
Temponae would be a giant spider, locked in an "infinite" chamber in spacetime.

I just thought the idea of a cold beach sounded cool, so I did this since I had nothing better to do with my life.

Move: Rudra Dance (Increases Attack, Special Attack and Accuracy by 1 Stage)
Base Stats (Normal): 88 / 135 / 75 / 135 / 75 / 92 (600)
Base Stats (Primal Reversion): 88 / 155 / 95 / 155 / 95 / 112 (700)
