Just wondering, what's the design of your Pokemon? is it some sort of narwhal? I think having an idea of the design or a general sketch could be helpful towards suggestions.

Repost-edit: Due to the fact that it's a steel type and has the ability thick fat, I think adding a bit more defense to it could be nice. I also suggest that you add or replace some special moves for some added variety.

I'm liking the concept a lot and I'm glad you took the Narwhal idea on as I was taking too long with it. So far this WIP is looking solid, a few more things need to be added but I can't really fault it.

I can change the gender ratio easily.
I gave it adaptability because I was struggling to think of a third ability, and since I was loosely basing some of the stats / traits of it off of crawdaunt and basculin, it seemed to fit

It's stats + movepool look really decent, you've clearly thought about what this Pokemon could do in reality, then given it moves to match. I haven't checked out Iron Drill yet, but I'm guessing it'd be it's main Steel-STAB. Yeah it sounds great, good luck with getting this approved.

This looks fine right now, however there are still some necessary tutors and TMs missing. They seem unfinished, so finish them please!

As for the third ability, it doesn't get Horn Drill, so No Guard seems to fit. Swift Swim seems good as well, you could even give it Lightningrod, but that's more iffy.

Good job so far, looking forward to the progress!

A bit confused about Lightning Rod. Even if its a steel-type, Water is still a major disadvantage to it. Also Shock Wave and Water Pulse are already TMs, so I don't see a need to make it tutor moves. Anyways, keep up the good work!

Why does it get claw moves? Its a narwhal, it shouldn't have claws.

Have removed most of the claw moves, I left metal claw as it makes sense that it's horn could be used in similar way to a claw
Have added more misc. details - egg group and egg moves, also finished all TM's and tutor moves
