I'm not sure about the secondary effect (especially with the priority already), but I like the general idea of the move so far.
Basically, It is meant to disable Protect for 3 turns, I would like to see that.

I still need ideas for what Pokemon should get this move. I think Diancie and Carbink are worthy canidates, but I can't think of anyone else atm.

I'm not really sure what this move does. Does it prevent the opponent from using a Protect move?

For three turns, yes. Seems like a really op move on the outside, but idk how it would play out with only diancie and carbink being able to learn this move. Will the effect deactivate after the user switches out? Really unique move though, good job thinking outside the box.

I'm still kinda figuring this out, but I really like the concept of it. I think it will remain for the 3 turns even if the user switches out.

Er, this is kind of broken in doubles. I don't like it. Protect is used on almost every moveset. Also, the random chance to lower accuracy is unnecessary, this is already plenty powerful.

Dont really see how it would be any more OP than taunt. And it isnt exactly as if diancie is a monster in doubles either.

Know what? I like the idea of the move! So far the only moves that ignore protect are feint [useless] and hyper hole [signature], so it'd be pretty cool to use!

Diancie is actually illegal in VGC, which is the only format I'm really even concerned with when judging mons, since it's the official format.
I suppose it's fairer than I first assessed, since the only mon that can use it is Carbink, which kinda sucks.

Why does the effect wear off when the user faints? I don't think there are any other moves that wear off when the user faints, but stays in play when the user switches. Or am I missing a move?

Added new species that learn it. Added Sableye, Boldore, and Gigalith.

Remove the 30% accuracy drop that's there for no reason at all and I'll approve.

Ok, I also don't understand why there's a lack of 100% accuracy. I take it this move prevents the use of Protect? Does it target a Pokemon, or does it "affect the field"?
