Its tutor moves are a bit odd imo. Dragon breath, Fire blast, extreme speed?

Few things:
- He learns 2 moves at 27. Please change that
- Add maybe 1 or 2 more abilitys
- You are missing some THs all pokemon learn.
- Make a bit of a bigger level-up-movepool
- Some moves just dont make sense to me. Like Dragonbreath and Sludge Bomb/Wave.
I Understand this is a WIP but with those changes it would be a bit better

-The EV yield should be just 2 SpA
-The hatch rate needs to be a range, not one number.
-You need another Dex Entry
-Light Screen and Reflect shouldn't be learnt by level-up
-Egg Moves?
-Design/Art?
-This is not a Dragon, so no Draco Meteor/Dragonbreath
-Moderate is not a level-up rate. Do you mean Medium Slow or Medium Fast?
-This learns too many TMs imo. Remove things like Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Solarbeam, Flamethrower, Tbolt, Ice Beam, Energy Ball, and Will-O-Wisp.
-You'll need to get Skiastyx done first, or just drop it.

CookEMonstaThis Pokemon is complete, although you will have to wait some time before approval. We are in the midst of a revamp so Snaquaza isn't approving anything. You can try to get Galom and Psych however. Btw no Pokemon learn Stockpile and not Swallow and/or Spit Up.

A few more things:
-Add Snore to Move Tutors (universal TM)
-Add Secret Power, Confide, Facade and Round to the TMs (universal TMs)
-There should be a few more parents for each egg moves. Go on Bulbapedia, look for a Pokemon with the same egg groups as Astrozar, find the move, and copy the parents.
-Base EXP yield should be 167
After you do those things, I can approve it.

This is a great idea! Everything is well polished, minus the movepool, which is kinda sporadic. Here's what I think it should look like (right now increments are 3, 5, 6, 6, 3, 3, 5, 6, 4, 8, 7)

CookEMonsta , I screwed up, oops. I counted wrong, but now the moves should be fine. Just c/p the moves in again, and remove the double spacing in between. Also you'll need two Pokedex entries, so no need for the poll. And if you could add more Egg Move parents to each move that'd be great, and maybe add TM/HM numbers to the moves. Once that's good, I can approve it :]

They look good, but the BST is too high for a single-stage Pokemon. Aside from that, everything looks fine. You should definitely give it more egg moves though. Maybe use Clefable's as an example of what it should maybe have. You can tag me with "@ smogoon" (no space), not @salient.  |
