Apologies for the spacing issue, resolving now.

It's a nice start to a 'mon that has potential! First off, you need to fix the spacing. When you copy and paste stuff from somewhere else, for some reason it creates extra spaces. Remove the extra spaces that were created to make this more readable. Everything seems alright, just need to keep working on this mon and fix some organizational issues. Like really this mon. n_n
Edit: Ignore what I said about the spacing, It seems fixed and looks a lot better. :3

I'm not the best at organisation, if you can't tell :s

You're fine. n.n I would probably add start moves into your levelup list. Also, you should also specify which TMs/HMs you're using like "TM06 Toxic". There are some misc. stuff that you should work on, but that can be done later.

Great potential I think! Maybe lower the spc. attack and make the defense a little bigger. I think that would fit the fakemon a little better.

Great potential I think! Maybe lower the spc. attack and make the defense a little bigger. I think that would fit the fakemon a little better. The fakemon is based on the Khalkotauroi, two immense fire-breathing bulls crafted by Hephaestus in Greek mythology, so I gave it a strong SpAtk stat to simulate the fire-breathing. The main issue I had is that I didn't want to give it an immense BST, so I tried to keep it at 480, and I decided that 110 SpAtk would be sorely needed for the likes of Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flash Cannon etc.

Edit Note: Changed the stats to 60/125/90/125/50/30, slightly higher Atk and Def, with an increase to SpAtk. Not sure how this would work out, but I'm going to leave it like this for now and work on other aspects of the fakemon.

Hello I'm just gonna state a few things I found wrong here: About its typing concept: I can imagine a fiery raging bull if it were a mono-fire type. Why have you added the steel typuing? Is it because of its hard feet and horns? If so, that really isn't enough reason for it. About its stats: I know you based it off of a mythical fire-breathing bull, and that's why you gave it special attack, but imo i think it should be lower than its attack. Maybe take some out of SpA. and set it on its speed, cuz right now it is TOO slow for a bull-like creature. Tauros has 110 speed! About Abilities: No Problem here, but I'm wondering which ability is its HA? Design: It's gonna look SOO awesome! but where's the steel-part gonna be in your design? I can't imagine where you'll put it. Moves: [This is a long one] Why does it learn: Aura Sphere, Meteor Mash, Searing Shot, Stealth Rock, and SuperPower? These Make little to no sense for me. I can imagine it using SR, but only if it were a rock type. Also, good job on ending your move pool with the right amount of moves. But, some moves are way too strong to learn early [Iron Head at 24??] I suggest starting with weaker moves and ending in the stronger ones. Also, i think you're missing egg moves :/ Extra stuff: Why is it genderless? Maybe it's related to the myth you based it on , but can you explain it? Also, Being in the Mineral Egg Group is ok, but wynaut add the Field egg group since it IS based on a bull-like thing, or the monster egg group? What's your reason for its low Happiness? Most get 70. What is your reason behind making it hold a chesto Berry? or a metal coat?
And, that's it Don't get me wrong though, I'm loving this idea alot! I think you can tell that I never liked the steel typing on it. I think that a rock typing would suit it much more looking at its design. Anyway, gd luck on this

I didn't want the poke to be incredibly similar to the Khalkotauroi, so I altered the concept slightly. Yes, the bronze hooves & horns wouldn't be a valid enough reason for the Steel typing, but this leads me on to the design. Khalkotorch is intended to look as if it is constructed from bronze, unlike the Khalkotauroi, which, as aforementioned, is simply bronze hooves and horns, which is why I felt that the steel typing would fit in. As for the stats and the movepool, both are areas that I am struggling with. For a BST 480 poke, I am more limited than I would wish for the poke, which means I ultimately had to sack SpDef and Spe, and yes, the Spe is illogical in the case of bulls, but my argument for this relates back to my design point: Khalkotorch is designed to look as if it is constructed from bronze. As such, I decided on low spe, but again, I am struggling with this aspect. Evil Klefki has suggested that I keep SpAtk at a minimum of 110, perhaps I'll revert it back to there and see if I can raise spe by sacrificing some other stats. As for the moveset, I don't really have a valid reasoning for it, I had a lot of difficulty deciding on this, and I'm pretty certain I've assigned moves poorly. As is stated, the learnset is by no means the final result, in fact, none of this is definite. Yes, the poke learns powerful moves early, which is something I need to change, and yes, I need to alter other moves. As for egg moves, can genderless pokémon learn egg moves? Extra Stuff: Genderless as it is an automaton in terms of my design. I was considering the Field group, but removed it for this reason. As for its low happiness, Khalkotorch is distrusting towards humans, which is a new dex entry I will probably add. The items are simply for flavour, they will probably be removed in due course. Anyway, this is my first attempt at fakemon creation, and I would greatly appreciate any advice that can be given for a scrub like me. I'm struggling with a number of aspects of the process. I intend to stick with the Fire/Steel typing for the reason that I have mentioned above, along with the abilities. I'll probably add another dex entry regarding the fakemon's distrust, and the stats, learnset, and certain aspects of minor data will be altered drastically before the fakemon is "finished".

Well lunarixis , I can now imagine it being completely bronze with fire coming out. That typing isn't a problem anymore. As for its stat, since it's made of steel You can keep it low, though i'd suggest taking 5 from SpA. and 15 from Att. and putting it on the speed, making it 50 to match slow [but not very slow] pokemon like golurk and beartic. Most have trouble with movepools and such, so it's alright for your first try [as i mentioned, the movepool length is perfect!], just that you have to order the moves a little. Anyway, I hope you continue to do well [and don't worry, most of us started out as scrubs, and then we got better ]

As for the movepool, I am still struggling with ideas. I'll be changing levels for learning moves such as Iron Head for sure, but other than that, I'm not sure what to do.

First off, apologies for the lack of activity on the thread, I've been pretty busy lately and I haven't had the time to actively edit Khalkotorch on the thread, although I've been thinking about what I can change nevertheless.
Secondly, I'm considering a stage 1 evolution, a pure Fire type called Calflame (perhaps Khalflame, to retain the Khalkotauroi aspect), this will also clear up some of the issues regarding the level up move-set, as I will be able to focus on Fire type attacks & others until it evolves.

Sounds like a neat idea the name was pretty wise as well. It would be even more distinct since its an evolution of bulls, not like bouffalant and tauros

When you added Khalflame Khalkotorch disappears? Seems like I over-looked that, I was tired when I made the change to the thread (I tend to plan things like this in Notepad first) and when I'm tired, I lack concentration. I'll fix it once I gain access to my PC, as the Notepad document is on there. I should be able to fix this tomorrow.

Reviving this thread, going to bring back Khalkotorch after the room's inactivity.
First off, the base stats are sorted, so I can focus on the thing that I remember being particularly frustrating to get right: the learnpool.
To be honest, I have no idea about the learnpool, I'm happy with the length of it and the pattern that it follows, but ultimately it's the actual moves being learned that are proving to be difficult.
Any suggestions for the learnpool would be appreciated!

I feel like maybe the steel typing on khalkotorch isn't needed, and can work quite nicely as a pure fire type. If removing the steel you could balance out the defenses a little bit, but don't feel it's really necessary, and makes the mon a bit more interesting having a lot of physical bulk, as generally you don't find this with fire types, just arcanine and entei to an extent. Although a calf and not a pony, this is still pretty similar in a way, so a lot of the moves can be borrowed over from ponyta's movepool (I'd stay away from Agility and Bounce though, and probably Inferno also). Then maybe throw in something like Roar, Defense Curl or Scary face. Thrash could also be an option. For TMs, again look at somewhat similar mons like Tauros, Bouffalant, and Rapidash. A couple of more "controversial" move ideas are Heat Crash and Slack Off. Heat Crash is currently confined to just the Emboar line, but Greninja's water shuriken ended up on accelgor so don't see why it has to stay that way, especially as it seems like something that would fit pretty well. I'm really not sure what qualifies you to get access to Slack Off, as both the Hippopotas and Slowpoke lines have access to it, as well as Slaking and Infernape etc. Maybe it's to do with just being lazy or something, but don't think that really matches Infernape, and then you kinda have to wonder why Snorlax never got access to it. This suggestion is more on the side of competitive viability as opposed to aesthetically making sense, however, so shouldn't really be taken too seriously since this isn't CAP and whatnot.

Yeah, I understand what you mean. Updated the poll to see what everyone else thinks about removing Khalkotorch's Steel secondary typing. I like the route for the movepool that you're suggesting too, I'll have a look at Ponyta's general movepool (as well as Tauros and Bouffalant, to see if there are any common themes with bull pokémon) and see what I could do with it! Heat Crash (along with Heavy Slam) is something which I definitely agree with you on, it'd be pretty fitting for the team in general.

Added a general overview of what the level-up move-pool will look like (to an extent) for Khalflame, please keep on suggesting changes to the move-pool, I'll be continuing to update it in general anyway, as well as adding the TM move-pool. I may also make the pokémon actually have a gender, especially if the Steel typing for Khalkotorch is removed, so an Egg move-pool may need to be added too.

You still need to add the tm movepool and a movepool for Kalflame. If it's not a mineral egg group pokemon, it needs an egg movepool as well.

Yeah, I intend to add a TM movepool once I've looked at a few more movepools for actual mons in general, and the movepool that's up right now is Khalflame's, I wanted to separate the movepools from the rest of the info, so I'm adding them at the bottom. The mon is a mineral egg group pokemon for now, but that may be changed if the Steel typing is removed from Khalkotorch.

Updates!
Removed the Steel typing from Khalkotorch. As such, I'll need to work on ideas for a new design. (Suggestions appreciated) Updated the Level-Up and TM learn-sets, and added the Tutor move-set!
Now, all that is left is the Egg learn-set, since I'm probably going to make this mon have a gender instead now.

Can male-only pokes not learn any Egg moves?
