This should be a signature move, as giving it large distribution would be too good. The Pokemon I'm seeing most from this move is Chandelure tbh. I don't particularly like the name either, and the effect shouldn't raise every stat by one.

This move is similar to memento and actually that's what makes it broken. While memento already has the huge drawback of fainting the user, its great effects were speciically designed to weaken the foe and that's since it would still balance out because a switch can help. so what im saying is that memento rather forces a switch, which can HELP the sent out pokemon set up, keeping in mind that it still cant be sent out as long as the foe can still take it down. reversing the stat variance here could lead to a "short cut" of a set up with a devastating pokemon, which can settle the game tbh. Thats why i find it broken. The all around boost is also a bit too much. I aint gonna leave with all negative tho, i admit the style of the move is pretty nice I'd call it Flame offering tho juging from description

i had the idea just because of the style, and i'm also concerend that it is very strong. first i was to make it +2 on both attack stats, then i thought that may be too strong, so i switched to the +1 thing. so i came up with the minus something priority, to make it easier to kill before it can use the boost.
maybe make it +2 on both defense stats, instead, so it is more an opposite memento.
edit: flame offering sounds better, thats true.
maybe add a secondary effect, similar to curse: if they user is not fire type it burns itself instead (and does not faint).

Boosting your own pokemon is still too strong if you ask me, and the move wont be used recklessly so the -5 priority doesnt balance too much. on the other hand, it does force it to be used early, which is great. If this is to be made with boosts that affect you, it should faint, and since your going to be a fire type, u cant burn yourself

Hm this kind of move is very conflicting. It seems more OP than a "reverse" Memento because it boosts all stats. This can especially be dangerous to higher up pokemon like around Ubers and OU, it also acts as a Baton Pass evasion.
