okay, this is still a WIP but this is all I have so far,
design, a red bull with black stripes on it, a ring in its nose and on its horns, the tips of the horns are black, in a meditating pose and eyes closed, it has fire on the tips of its horns and it has 2 tails,
dex entry 1: the tips of a bullesis's horns are very flammeable, when a bullesis meditates, the tips of its horns light up and get set alight.
dex entry 2: it is said a bullesis can set things alight with its pyrokinetic powers, with the tips of its horns ignite when angered or meditating.
