I think I'm a bit more qualified than everyone here in the sense that I'm an Indian and I love Theorymoning! Now, GameFreak always goes big with the cover legends and their themes are usually related to theology or directly related to religion. In Hinduism, there's nothing more revered than the fact that the entire universe revolves around three activities: Creation, Preservation and Destruction. There are three Gods symbolized as these acts namely: Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. So, the Legendary Trios being spin-offs of these deities and their powers would be most fitting. Let me get try my hand at it. Rudrak (Destruction Pokémon)Appearance (Normal): Rudrak is a 5-headed water serpent, with its middle head being bigger and more prominent. The patterns on its front body leading up to its neck is shaped like a trident and is intimidating. Its body is scaly, colored ash-white, while its neck(s) are wispy blue. Its middle head alone has a third eye on its forehead. Appearance (Primal Reversion): Rudrak reverts primally when it is at 50% or less HP (It does not go back to its Normal Form after Primal Reversion even if it gains its HP back). The skull of all its heads protrudes against its skin, while its eyes become more hollow and wispy. Pokédex Entry #1: Legend has it that when life reaches its pinnacle, Rudrak appears out of the great Indian Ocean and open its third eye. This is said to bring about an all-annihilating fiery shower. But in old Harappan scriptures, Rudrak's third eye is symbolized as rebirth. Pokédex Entry #2: Rudrak is said to collect the skulls of those who die at sea. Even though this is dismissed by most people as folklore, some Deep Divers have reported the sight of 'mountains under the sea' made of skulls. Pokédex Entry #3: Ancient voyagers at sea claim that during a blood moon, Rudrak aligns all its heads in a specific pattern so as to form a single big head and faces the moon all night, while swaying its body in a mystical manner. Those who have had the blessing of witnessing Rudrak's 'sixth head' claim to have achieved enlightenment. Typing (Normal): Ghost/Water Typing (Primal Reversion): Ghost/Fire Ability (Normal): Mold Breaker (Ignores Opponent's Abilities that reduces the user's damage) Ability (Primal Reversion): Third Eye (Rudrak opens its Third Eye, which enables it to nullify any resistances and immunities to its Attacks) Move: Rudra Dance (Increases Attack, Special Attack and Accuracy by 1 Stage) Base Stats (Normal): 88 / 135 / 75 / 135 / 75 / 92 (600) Base Stats (Primal Reversion): 88 / 155 / 95 / 155 / 95 / 112 (700) Movepool (Level Up)Level 1: Lick Level 1: Whirlpool Level 1: Incinerate Level 1: Moonlight Level 5: Ominous Wind Level 10: Dive Level 18: Hidden Power Level 26: Phantom Force Level 35: Scald Level 44: Flare Blitz Level 51: Curse Level 55: Aqua Tail Level 60: Sacred Fire Level 67: Destiny Bond Level 74: Coil Level 82: Steam Eruption Level 87: Inferno Level 99: Rudra Dance Movepool (TM and HM)TM01: Hone Claws TM02: Dragon Claw TM04: Calm Mind TM05: Roar TM06: Toxic TM10: Hidden Power TM11: Sunny Day TM15: Hyper Beam TM18: Rain Dance TM21: Frustration TM22: Solar Beam TM24: Thunderbolt TM25: Thunder TM26: Earthquake TM27: Return TM28: Dig TM30: Shadow Ball TM35: Flamethrower TM38: Fire Blast TM42: Facade TM44: Rest TM47: Low Sweep TM50: Overheat TM52: Focus Blast TM54: False Swipe TM55: Scald TM56: Fling TM59: Incinerate TM61: Will-O-Wisp TM65: Shadow Claw TM68: Giga Impact TM71: Stone Edge TM75: Swords Dance TM78: Bulldoze TM80: Rock Slide TM82: Dragon Tail TM86: Grass Knot TM89: U-Turn TM90: Substitute TM93: Wild Charge TM96: Nature Power HM01: Cut HM03: Surf HM04: Strength HM05: Waterfall

Love your idea and the mythology around your Pokemon, however I feel as though Third Eye could use a nerf. Look forward to seeing the finished piece.
