We should start discussing what this gym will look like, what the gym leader's name is, the badge name and design given etc.
Quaria City Gym Leader: ? Badge: ? TM Given: TM?? (will be a fakemon move, I am working on it)

Well, I figure we're going to make it like an actual gym, right? With weights, etc.
Badge: The Discipline Badge? The Warm-Up Badge?
Leader: Not sure of a name... her team could include Pankopaw, the second mon in the Trampage line, a low level Sumoo, or any other Fighting Fakemon we have...

Pankopaw and Sumoo will not be in the gym. Both have around 120 attack, so they'd be too strong.
The gym (currently) will have Bridgeling, Clubogre, Bouncaby.

Name:Buck? Badge: Could literally be a person in a roundhouse kick freeze frame So like on one leg with other leg in air. Why not just the martial arts badge? Although i like the discipline badge idea.

Why not use the name I thought of in the Gym Leaders thread, Leeroy?

I'd rather not have a Gym Leader be a meme. I like Discipline Badge, will put up a poll later.

Anyway, this may be a coincidence, but all Pokemon on his/her team uses a weapon (Bridgeling Stick, Clubogre Club, Bouncaby Boomerang)

Well. There are martial arts that involve weapons, so maybe it could go with that theme overall more than hand to hand combat. Kendo is one example that springs to mind but pretty sure there are others.

However, the majority of his Pokemon do not fit the martial arts theme (only Bouncaby sort of does)

Yeah. I guess Trampage going around whacking things with clubs isn't exactly very technical for a martial art.

Quaria Gym Leader Name: Bruce (if male), Misha (if female) Team: Bridgeling(Anger Point), Bouncaby(Vital Spirit) Badge: Prowess Badge
I picked Anger Point because at this point in time, it has low chances to activate with 25/55/55 defenses; it will mostly get OHKO/2HKO'ed by your starter's STAB move or an early route bird's Flying STAB. And if it DOES activate, the abysmal 10 speed ensures that Bridgeling will eat 2 hits from your pokemon before it can retaliate with a +6 attack. It's arguably a better option than Unnerve which potentially prevents held healing berries earlygame.
Vital spirit on Bouncaby is chosen for the obscurity of sleep-inducing moves early game, so that it doesn't obstruct your strategies much. It's better compared to Guts which might activate if a random poison sting from your bugmon poisons Bouncaby and makes the fight harder with boosted Fighting STABs.
