Boisterous Sky:
Flavor Text: Prevents the Pokemon's moves from being hindered by weather.
Effect: Negates the effects of weather if they happen to lower the power, damage, accuracy or healing of any move the Pokemon is using. The effects only apply to the Pokemon with this ability.
Aurora Veil will still fail if used outside of Hail and weather-inducing moves cannot be used under the effects of Primordial Sea, Desolate Land or Delta Stream.
Water-Type moves will not be affected by Sun or Harsh Sun but can still be boosted by Rain.
Fire-Type moves will not be affected by Rain or Harsh Rain but can still be boosted by Sun.
Solar Beam will not have its power reduced in Sand.
The Pokemon ignores the Sandstorm SpD boost for Rock-Types and the Hail Def boost for Ice-Types when attacking.
Moonlight, Synthesis, Morning Sun and Shore Up will always heal at least 50% of the Pokemon's HP.
Thunder and Hurricane will have 70% accuracy in Sun and perfect accuracy in Rain.

So, this ability would make it possible to use Water Pulse in Desolate Land and do normal damage in Sunny Day?
I think it might be good to write down a list of effects affected by this ability.

Yes, but I didn't bother to list that because then I'd have to list every single Water/Fire-Type move and Solar Beam
