Jittery: All turn-based moves used by this user will take one less turn, but accuracy is 0.9x. (Moves such as Bide and Focus Punch are ignored)
So moves like Fly and Skull Bash will be able to be made on turn one since they take two turns to attack.
Possible Pokemon: Unfezant and perhaps a fakemon

Perhaps limiting it to non-Status moves would help balance things out. Or just making sure Pokemon with Geomancy do not get it lol.

Sky Attack has 30% flinch chance and a high crit ratio... it would be so OP with this Ability. But on a poke with lower BST I would definitely try this out

Give this a more creative name.
Otherwise it seems cool, but maybe some side effect to counteract the great effect

Can't really think of any other name. Any of y'all have other ideas for names?

Restless Spirit? Sounds a bit like vital spirit though.

Jittery maybe. Since a Jittery Pokemon would rush moves but it could make a mock up since it's doing things too fast for it's liking.

Anxious. I feel like that's a good name for this.

I've seen iterations of this before, but I can't remember where. Here's an example:
Overload: move-induced charging, recharging, and stat drops are replaced by 1/3 recoil.

Alphajores I assume that Focus Punch wont be affected. It would be very overpowered and one of the primary mechanics of Focus Punch is that If you are hit the move fails. I don't think the ability will ignore the move's primary mechanic.

Possibly a lower accuracy or a power debuf to counteract the greatness that is this ability?

Are there any 2 turn status moves other than Geomancy? If so, I suggest also giving this a chance to fail a status move.

We could just have bide be an exception to this or have it just fail.
Or just not give it to any pokes that can learn bide (and focus punch) so you wouldn't have to worry about those kind of moves

Bide and Focus Punch are both TMs (But not from ORAS) and are learned by many Pokemon through this way. Im thinking that both moves should just remain unaffected as their primary mechanic is to have to wait and is dependent on the opponent. This might be really fun to try out and Im looking forward to it

So I've added a note saying that moves such as bide and focus punch will be ignored. Can't think of any other moves besides those two that are of similar fashion. Otherwise, I can't think of anymore changes to make to this ability.

Otherwise, I can't think of anymore changes to make to this ability. Focus punch isnt really an issue, it only takes one turn, but it tells you before-hand that its coming, then has negative priority.
