Well, it seems great and is a good concept for a fakemon. A fiery cloud of smoke from a volcano would be cool, especially since we're making a volcano in the game's map. Though, a flaw i may see here is if it is too similar to koffing. Tell me design wise, how would this look?

Ok. Now time for some actual feedback:
1. Missing Things: You need another Dex Entry for each Fakemon; Egg Parents.
2. I think you can add some more level up moves. Add 1 more move to Carbonare and give more 1 or 2 more moves to Flammoxis.
3. Questionable moves: Defog, Destiny Bond, Dazzling Gleam, Dark Pulse, Snarl, Infestation, Shadow Claw, Embargo, Thief, Torment
4. You may be missing a few universal TMs/Move Tutors, check. I can see that you are missing moves like Snore and Sleep Talk.

Base EXP Yield is the amount of EXP you get from defeating another Pokemon in battle, before multipliers such as level. It is calculated like this: LC Pokemon: BST (Base Stat Total) times 4 divided by 20 (BST*4/20) Second Stages and Standalone Pokemon: BST*7/20 Third stages and Legendaires: BST*9/20
If you end up with a decimal, round.

I really like the concept, especially the name. Carbonare sounds perfect. Technical feedback, everything seems fine except some moves I would question are calm mind and gunk shot. Calm mind because its found near volcanoes which is everything but calm and gunk shot because I don't see garbage forming from a gas.

D'awwww it's 'dorable! ^-^ I really like the design choice of toxic gases and ash from volcanoes, as opposed to pollution like most poison types.

Haha thanks, I may change the eye color to red to signify more fire type in first evo. Since the design kinda lacks that hint, overall im happy with it though.

Everything here looks really solid except for the Egg Cycles. It can't just be 5000. Check Bulbapedia for a similar pokemon and just copy their egg cycles.

Aww! The designs are adorable! Wondering why the second evolution doesn't learn Eruption, thought. It's a tiny volcano, so I think it should learn them. I'll comment more nitpicks about this later but it's a great idea! And don't tag Psych, he isn't a Project Leader anymore.

A few things to do before approval: -Carbonare Base Exp. Yield should be 64 -Flammoxis Base Exp. Yield should be 172 -Try setting a pattern for the level-up move levels, like 3, 5, 3, 5 etc. For Flammoxis increase each level by one -Add Eruption on Flammoxis, replace Double-Edge and add Double-Edge at the end.
After this is done, change the tag to "Quality Control".
