If this does make, it would need a better name and would probably be a signature ability. However, you can remove the 25% Chance and make it 5% chance to get phased out (implying that the Pokemon is scared).

Seems too much like Mummy and cursed body since you have to touch them and it's a ghost thing. This just seems like adding on to that. This is phazing pokemon out though I think 5% chance is really small.

Who said we couldn't make a better version of those abilities? Srsly, mummy is the worst ability in Pokemon history.

Mummy isnt bad, a lot of pokemon are rendered useless when they lose their ability.

Mummy isn't that bad. A lot of Pokemon rely on their abilities.

Why don't you just make it have a 25% chance to switch out upon contact and skip the whole status thing?

Just make it into a 25%(think 30 is more common) chance to phase the opponent from contact moves, and I can actually see it being a reasonable ability. Not too keen on the name. Even something simple like "frighten" could work quite well, leaving it open to more types. But most abilities won't see use outside of the fakemon, so I guess sticking with something dark is fine, just not "death touch".

Raw Power is waaay too close to Huge Power and Pure Power. I like the general idea, but it might be too strong or too difficult to implement...

The fakemon is also fast, so it'll probably get full use of this ability the first turn.

And it's practically Huge Power at 100% HP.
