The user employs its psychic powers to switch one of the user's random move with one of its target
This move excludes switching mind swap with another move
If the pokemon that was mind swapped switches out and back in, it will retain its original move, but the mind swapper keeps its mind swapped move
Type: Psychic
Priority: -8
Pokemon: One fakemon/fakemon line [if anyone wants the move for their mon, Pm me in PS. If not, I'll make a fakemon for this move]
Hope u like it!

Feels weird to have a whole move on this, seems like more of a side effect than an entire move. Rapid Spin does all of this anyways.

How would this work if the you are faster than the opponent? Also, this is a pretty powerful move, it's best left very exclusive or signature.

Devoxys i guess i would make this a signature move for the right fakemon to use. Maybe to a weaker and very vulnerable psychic type. Also, do you think i should give this move -priority like how trick room has?

This is just really... really bizarre. Especially when you remember that your opponent's Pokemon you Mind Swapped with ALSO has Mind Swap now... I'm kinda on the fence about this; I don't know how this would be programmed, nor am I sure what kind of pokemon would receive such a move.

I really like the idea behind this, but it seems kinda OP, maybe not on paper but in practice. Removing your opponent's entire moveset, rendering them practically useless? I could run Mind Swap / False Swipe / Protect / Filler and just completely fuck up the opponent's strategy. I think nerfing it so that it only switches one random move from the target's moveset with the user's Mind Swap would be good.

Salient, remember that the opponent ALSO gets Mind Swap when the move goes through, since the entire move sets switch... something to remember.
