don't like the description, should probably be switched to physical because it is implied that the gear shoots them in the face, and buff the accuracy to 85%. give it to klinklang and its evolution line and this should be good to go n_n

If this is a signature i cannot comment as i have not seen mecharaptor, but if this is a regular move, i'd suggest not making it gar based since its limiting

I feel like this is really unnecessary. Why not just make a strong, special steel-type move that lots of Pokemon get? I mean, wasn't the original idea to make a special-steel type move?

If you are going to use gears, then this should go to the Klingklang family.
I know that this is for Mecharaptor,and I know there are cannons under its wings. But why don't you just use Flash Cannon? It sounds similar to "Gear Cannon" (on the Mecharaptor page), and it fits well. The effect and BP is similar too.
