We already have 2 priority moves approved in Aether Flare and Swift Sting so this is pretty unnecessary. Also, another fairy light move :/

I was unaware of these moves, however they are completely different types, which means that this move isn't unnecessary. Also, we are really lacking Special priority moves, and this would only be the third one as opposed to Swift Sting being the fourteenth physical priority move. (doesn't that make Swift Sting more unnecessary than this?)
How many other fairy type light-based moves are there? I could try to change the concept and name of Luminous Blink if there are too many.

Not bad, just it needs a better name. Luminous Blink does not make sense nor does it sound nice.

Not that it's unnecessary, I mean I don't see it getting it accepted since it we've already accepted enough priority moves. I doubt they'll accept another.

Following to what Devoxys said, a good name for that would typically be Luminous Flash. There's nothing really I just see special about the move. It seems like a "non-accuracy lowering" Dazzling Gleam tbh.

It seems like a "non-accuracy lowering" Dazzling Gleam tbh. Of course it does, when you choose to ignore everything that's different (priority and bp). Luminous Flash does sound more appropriate, but I wanted it to sound unique. I'll probably change it at some point.

I'm onna agree with Kim BC here. Too much priority replicas in a game may not seem very unique, especially since the mods are only accepting very original move ideas. Though, if you give this some reasoning, it may be approved

I prefer this priority move over the other ones tho because fire types are already so great in every way so Aether Flare seems uneeded and I don't like the name of Swift Sting. I am curious tho of what pokemon would actually use this. I can only imagine Mr Mime actually usibg this paired with technichian. Pixilate users would use their normal moves. That leaves what? Aromatisse and Florges? If this gets approved, i'll probably make a Fakrmon utilizing this. I could see this going to certain electric types now that I think about it.
