I get the principle behind it weighing less, but if we want to be technical its the mass and not the weight that is measured, and since it isn't on the moon and instead on earth it should weigh a normal amount I would have thought. I guess you could say it has some strange property making it much lighter, which allows it to mimic the feeling of being on the moon, which wouldn't be too much of a stretch in the Pokemon world. Regardless of this, "25 kg Grams" ?.

Feel like maybe the level-up movepool is a bit crowded, and a bit weird at points. Don't really see why they should learn the elemental punches by level-up, and there are some bizarre things like Gallarilla learning fairy wind at lv25. There are also some other moves I don't think Gallarilla really needs to learn by level up, such as high jump kick and even focus blast / focus punch. Lots of moves are just too different between the evolutions, like the first two getting meteor mash, but Gallarilla not. Also Pound > Double Slap > Fury Attack > Fury Swipes just seems a bit silly for a Pokemon's only attacking moves up until lv24. At the least Fury Attack should be taken out, as it doesn't really fit too well, and no Pokemon get access to fury attack and fury swipes /doubleslap, whereas a couple get access to both fury swipes and double slap. I get that there's not really any weak physical fairy moves aside from seductive slam, but maybe you could at least give it fairy wind, or some sort of weak non-normal type move. There are more things in the moveset I am a bit confused about, but think overall they need to just be looked at and made so they correlate better with one another, and think what moves might not really be needed as a level-up move and can instead just be tutor/egg.

Nice basic idea for a 3-stage fairy mon though.

Moonkay: Dizzy Punch` only very few pokemon get this via level up and only one mon is not normal. I don't see why this would get it anyways., Cover? I think you meant covet in the egg moves.
Lunape: 430 lower a bit high. I suggest lowering it just a bit, only NFE's with that high of a BST are NFE psuedos and NFE's that got a third evolution in future generations.
Among all three the level up seems crammed. I also feel like this line has an exaggerating amount of fighting moves that don't really fit. Instead of ahving it evolve by moonstone like clefairy , i think it would be nice if you made it evolve at night, it does have the ability Nocturnal anyways.

Fix the level up move levels. The pattern breaks at the very beginning and you can go one more interval on Moonkay. Also, you should use the same intervals for each evolution. The pattern changes each time you hit or pass the level of an evolution.
