Sketch~ This Pokemon is based off a quill so sketch fits perfectly. Though there would be a drawback so it doesn’t learn just any four moves. This Pokemon would have to be taught the move from a specific area in the game like an art studio or something, similar to Meloetta’s Relic Song and other pokemon with in game special moves. This move would not be able to be learned again so this Pokemon would only be limited to one random move via sketch and not an entire movepool. This wouldn't be OP either due to it's frailty, mediocre offensive stats and speed.[/font]

- I like this idea, and Trace fits perfectly as an ability! Is there any specific reason it gets Pressure as a Hidden Ability, though? I'm curious to see if a better ability would fit thematically...

- I don't really see how Ghost/Flying fits in Quetchen to be honest... Sure, it has a feather and may be floating, but flying type doesn't really seem to stick.

- Consider adding TM97: Dark Pulse to the TM list, since it's common for ghost types to learn it.

- You may want to add Curse to the level up list.

Yeah, I agree that Pressure and the Ghost/Flying typing doesn't fit (if you do change the moveset, be sure to redo the moves). 

Shock Wave and Signal Beam don't fit either. 

Quetchen's EV Yield is 2 SpA.

Remove Hyper Beam and Giga Impact from Inkuill, usually they aren't learnt by LCs.

In general, this seems to be a pretty solid concept. One problem I see with this is the "stigma" against inanimate object Pokemon, but it shouldn't affect this.

-For pressure I was thinking how you apply pressure when you're writing and common ghost types get it. I'm not sure if anything else fits but if there's a good suggestion, I'll replace Pressure with it.
- Pure ghost just seemed unsettling. There's a lot of flying types that don't exactly hit the bulls eye like Jumpluff, Drifblim, Rotom-Fan, Shamin-Sky, Landorus, and Thundurus. I thought it'd be interesting to add onto that list of anti-flying.
- Added curse to egg moves over signal beam
- By completing Quetchen's Dex Entry, I hope you mean inserting it's name. If that's so, done.
- There are other object based ghost types so I don't think it's an issue.
