What I meant is there are some moves that I don't think fit or it should learn based off of their designs. Defog- Swanna. Haze- Murkrow. Honchkrow. Golbat. Rage- Doduo. Dodrio. Taillow. Swellow. Altaria. Steel Wing- Fletchling. Fletchinder. Talonflame. Skarmory. Gust (This should be a level up move instead) Sky attack- (perhaps JUST as a tutor move) Uproar- Doduo. Dodrio. Hoothoot. Noctowl. Curse- Farfetch'd Drill Peck- Spearow Fearow. Doduo Dodrio.

Drill peck: It has a beak Defog: It has powerful wings Haze: Fair enough ill remove that Steel wing: Again i think its wings are capable of this move Gust: Okay i will make it a level up move only Sky attack: I like the idea of it getting it from an egg but ill remove it if alot of people say its wrong for this pokemon Curse: Ill remove that as well

Drill Peck, yes, but is the beak really really sharp like Fearow's? I think not (i.e. Pidgeot doesn't get Drill Peck, but Fearow does) Defog: Ehh, I'm okay with it, not sure why Salient doesn't (there doesn't seen to be a rule for who gets Defog, because Lumineon of all Pokemon gets it, along with all sorts of birds) Steel Wing: Just keep it as a TM Sky Attack: I don't think getting this from an egg would make sense either.

It just doesn't really fit in my opinion. But it can stay.
EDIT: "It has powerful wings." so does talonflame, but it doesn't get defog. Unfezant too.

Try to even out the level-up move levels a bit. On Empestria you kind of inserted Charge in between 2 pther level up moves, making the beginning to the level-up moves a bit uneven.
I'm still a bit unsure about Bind. I understand it has a large tail, but I don't see it being used to bind a opponent.
This is nitpicky, but necessary so it won't confuse anyone. Speed is shortened to Spe, not Spd (Special Defence is SpD).

These stats remind me heavily of the Mismagius line, with low HP, Attack, and Defense and high Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed. Not saying that's terrible and needs to be changed, but it's something to take note of.

The level up move levels on Ventria should be checked, it falls out of order at the very end.
The level up move list on Empestria is a bit crammed, see if you can take out 2 or 3 moves to even it out (remove some moves that it learn through other means).
After that, talk to me and I'll approve.

Yeah this seems solid. Can't remember if it's still a thing to need one RO approval along with other staff approvals, but if it is then: Approved 4/3. Design is pretty simple but works. Movepool makes sense, although is a bit of a shame it gets barely any coverage outside of STAB and normal, but that's quite often the case so it's fine. Overall decent mon.

Looking at this again, the name seems kind of eh. Since it's not too late to change it, maybe we could come up with something? It's just "Empestria" reminds me of my little pony too much.

Empestria sounds a bit like "Equestrian". And if I'm not mistaken, "Equestria" is the world they live in? Not entirely sure, but yeah I think we could give this a better name. It's not a huge deal though.

It still aounds like it. Even then, it doesn't sound like the name of an electric bird.

Empestria and Equestrian sound nothing alike, they are pronounced differently, but fine if you think have these two cool names is a bad idea, suggest some better ones.
